Plenum is a certified manufactures representative for BeaconMedaes products.  We are the exclusive distributor for BeaconMedaes medical gas equipment for all of North Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Northern Florida.

We offer complete medical gas design packages and wiring solutions for all healthcare facilities, laboratories and surgery centers.  Plenum specializes in turn-key instillation of low voltage wiring for all your source equipment, master and area alarms.  Our turn-key installation on wiring projects includes the installation of panels and controllers, installation of required conduit raceways with 22 gauge, shielded plenum, rated wire as well as the termination of wiring.

We also provide third party medical gas certification, testing, maintenance and repair services for all healthcare facilities.  Our medical gas testing service complies with The Joint Commission (TJC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE) and Compressed Gas Association (CGA) standards. We inspect and test zone valves, patient outlets and inlets, source supply equipment, Purity/contaminant testing for gaseous contaminants, medical air dew point and solid particulates, master and area alarms. After testing, we provide you with the comprehensive documentation that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and TJC require.

Our planned Maintenance Programs, as well as our Corrective Maintenance Programs, are designed to help keep your medical gas systems in compliance with standards and in peak operating condition. Planned Maintenance is repair work that is performed on a piece of equipment on a scheduled basis. The schedule is based on best practices and manufacturers’ recommendations designed to keep your equipment operating smoothly. Our thorough service may identify needed repairs, which once completed, could prevent an unscheduled shutdown of equipment. Properly maintained equipment is more reliable, will reduce downtime and will save you money in the long run.

Corrective Maintenance is repair work that is performed on a piece of equipment to restore it to proper operating condition. This is typically unscheduled work, requested by the customer or person performing planned maintenance. These types of repairs would not be typically included in the PM/PPM contact, even though the PM/PPM service may be instrumental in identification of the needed repair. Rest assured that corrective maintenance can be handled rapidly to maximize equipment up time.
